Information we process
We process account information such as email address, plan status, and payment records handled by Stripe. For a scoped audience review, we may process available public-profile information and derived review signals needed to provide the queue, report, or export you request.

What we do not request
We do not ask for your X password. We do not access private messages, protected accounts, or data that is not available through the configured access path.

Scope and retention
Review data is retained for 30 days by default, unless a shorter period is required by an integration or you delete it sooner. A review may be a sample or a scoped audit. We do not represent that a stored review contains a complete audience.

Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, transactional email, reporting, and configured data integrations. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Your controls
You can delete your account and stored review data from Settings. You can also contact support@followtronics.com for privacy questions, account access, or deletion requests.

Changes
We may update this policy as the product, integrations, or legal requirements change. We will publish the current version here.
Important scope note
Data availability and coverage depend on the configured access path and can change. Followtronics does not promise that a review represents every account in an audience.
